How will my order be delivered ?
All of our tiles are delivered either through a nationwide courier service or by our own vehicles.
Our standard delivery is 3 -5 working days( subject to stock availability) orders will normally be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.
When will my order be delivered ?
Once you have placed your order one of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery, it will be necessary for you to provide a contact number.
Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address ?
Yes it is possible to have your order delivered to another address, however you will have to provide us with the full delivery address and a landline contact number. For security reasons we will contact you to arrange a delivery date using the landline provided.
What time will my order be delivered ?
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to specify a delivery time, all deliveries should be between 9am and 5pm so please ensure someone is available to sign for the order.
What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives ?
All orders will need to be signed for on delivery unless arrangements have been made prior to delivery. If we are unable to acquire a signature your order will be returned and a second delivery date will need to be arranged.
What if my tiles arrive damaged, or the order is not correct ?
All damages and irregularities must be reported within two working days of the delivery. You must notify us of the exact amount damaged or missing due to the nature of the goods it will be deemed acceptable if there is 1 or 2 broken tiles and we would recommend that you use them where cuts are necessary. If on first inspection you notice that there are damages please indicate this on the drivers paperwork.
What if I order too many tiles ?
Unfortunately we do not accept the return of surplus tiles, however we do recommend you order approximately 5%extra for cuts or breakages and any future repairs.
What is your returns policy ?
If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Please be aware you will be fully responsible for the return of goods and any associated costs of return. We will only process refunds for goods received back complete and in salable condition. Your cancellation request must be put in writing and received within the 7 day period.
Special pieces, which have been imported at your request are not returnable and therefore non-refundable.
